The aranzu pressurised sampling container is an engineered solution for extracting homogenous slurry or fluid samples from process pipelines operating at pressures up to 16 bar.
- The system consists of a custom pipe spool, designed to generate turbulence through 10 internal reducing rings over a 1-meter section, ensuring the sample taken is well-mixed and representative of the actual process stream.
- The sampling vessel is an 8L stainless steel container, specifically limited in capacity for ergonomic handling - a single operator can safely lift and transport it to surface for laboratory testing and cleaning.
- Quick-coupling connections and securing straps allow for rapid installation, removal, and replacement without specialised tools.
- The integrated breather valve prevents over-pressurisation during filling and is sealed once the vessel is full.
