Wear-resistant cast alloy pipe fittings
aranzu provides a wide range of wear-resistant cast alloy standard pipe fittings. These range from elbows (long, medium & short) and bends (30, 45 and 60 degree lateral) to T-piece (long and short), Y-pieces and reducers. These are available in most standard sizes and geometries.
Process piping and fittings often experience high wear due to the high pumping velocities and changing flow direction. aranzu has designed and developed a range of high wear-resistant process fittings to address the challenges of maintenance and wear. The material selection for the wear-resistant process parts is key to ensure the longevity of the units. aranzu selects durable cast alloy materials based on the required application. The cast nature of the process pieces negates the requirement for adding additional liner materials.
