Proseal Valve
The Proseal Valve is a high-performance specialist valve designed for demanding process and slurry applications. Its unique retractable piston design ensures unobstructed flow when fully open, eliminating internal restrictions and minimizing wear. Engineered for durability and reliability, the Proseal Valve delivers exceptional sealing performance under high-pressure conditions while maintaining long service life in abrasive and corrosive environments.
The Proseal Valve features a retractable piston mechanism that moves vertically within the valve body during operation. When opened, the piston fully retracts, leaving a clear bore with no internal obstructions. The valve body is cast from solid stainless steel, providing excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity. The robust construction supports both manual and actuator-driven operation, offering flexibility across a wide range of installations.
This valve is ideally suited for:
- Slurry handling system
- Process industries
- Abrasive and high-solids media
- High-pressure flow control applications
Its unrestricted flow path makes it particularly effective where clogging, pressure drop, or material buildup is a concern.

The Proseal Valve can be supplied with various flange connection options, including Victaulic, MPS, or raised flange configurations. Custom sizes, pressure ratings, and actuation options can be engineered to meet specific project requirements and operating conditions.
