Containerised UCS Curing Container
aranzu provides a range of containerised backfill curing facilities. These curing facilities are designed to maintain the temperature of the unit within a specific range. This is required to ensure the backfill is cured at the specified temperature for quality control purposes. The containerised curing facilities are also able to regulate the humidity, as required to replicate underground mine conditions.

The container size selected for the containerized curing facility is dictated by the size and number of samples required to store. The containers are outftted with rows of free draining shelfing, centralised drain points, an HVAC system, humidifying system (optional), a work surface and a lockable doorway.
The curing facility is used for curing mine backfill samples, where the curing temperature is of importance for quality control purposes. The samples are cured in free draining cylindrical moulds (not included) or concrete cube moulds.
The containerized curing facilities are available in the following standard container sizes, namely: 6m and 12m. High cube options are also available.
The curing facility is not limited to only curing cementitious samples. The temperature and humidity range of the facility can be altered to any custom requirement on request.
