Wash Station
The aranzu Wash Station is an automated unit designed to quickly and easily clean mining trucks. The system features an automated spray system with powerful jet nozzles that effectively remove dirt, dust, and other debris from the trucks, ensuring full coverage of the truck and a thorough cleaning. The recycling system reuses the water used in the cleaning process, making the aranzu Wash Station an efficient and environmentally friendly option.
The aranzu Wash Station system is supplied with a high-pressure pump, a 30kW motor, designed to deliver 50m³/h, through a high-pressure nozzle. The nozzle is supplied either as a manual, remote operated via joystick or with an automated sequence. In addition, 20 000L of water storage is provided.
The aranzu Wash Station is used for cleaning mining trucks.
Units can be customised to meet customers dewatering needs. aranzu offers different sizes and multiple nozzle configurations, such as rotating nozzles or high-pressure nozzles, to increase cleaning efficiency.
