The aranzu Easy Flow Pro Sampling Valve is an advanced, heavy-duty sampling solution engineered for cemented paste and high-solids slurry systems. It has been specifically developed to address the challenge of hardened crust formation inside sampling vessels—a common issue in thick, cementitious process streams.
The valve features a robust stainless-steel construction that ensures exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Its unique piston design, featuring a cone-shaped front end, mechanically breaks up any hardened material during operation, maintaining clear flow paths and ensuring reliable, representative sampling.
The Easy Flow Pro also includes a water flushing port for cleaning valve internals after use, minimizing the risk of material buildup and ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance.
Piston Mechanism: The valve incorporates a cone-front piston that extends into the process stream, mechanically disrupting any hardened crust that could block the sampling passage.
