Aranzu Bottom-Sealing Launder Gate
The Aranzu Bottom-Sealing Launder Gate represents the next generation in process flow control design. Engineered with a unique bottom-extension blade configuration, the gate’s blade travels completely through the housing, ensuring a consistent and reliable seal when in the closed position. This innovative feature eliminates process fluid bypass, maintaining system integrity and improving operational efficiency.
Constructed from a selection of materials tailored to site-specific requirements, these gates offer superior corrosion and wear resistance. The sealing system utilizes PTFE seals, providing excellent chemical compatibility and long service life, even in aggressive fluid environments. Each gate can be automated using electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuators, and optional proximity sensors can be fitted to provide precise open/closed position feedback.
