Flow Splitter
Flow splitting between process equipment or systems placed in parallel has several challenges. The first being achieving equal flow split between the systems and the second being the wear associated with the changing flow directions. aranzu provides a range of high wear resistant flow splitters suited to most flow splitting requirements.
The material selection for the flow splitters is key to ensure longevity of the units. aranzu select the materials based on the required process conditions and application. aranzu has a range of cast alloys available to choose from. For low abrasion systems, lined mild steel units can also be provided.
The orientation and the geometry of the intake and discharge is also of importance to ensure perfect, uniform, splitting of the incoming stream.
Flow splitters are required to precisely split an incoming stream to a required number of outgoing streams.
The flow splitters are custom sized to meet the clients flow splitting requirements.
