Liners
aranzu offer a range of replaceable liners to suit most applications. These replaceable liners can be used to replace existing or failed liners or as an alternative to unlined process equipment.
Our liners are custom designed to meet the requirements of the existing process. The material selection for the wear-resistant liner is key to ensure the longevity of the units. aranzu select either a cast alloy or wrought plate material based on the required application. For low impact, high abrasion applications, softer rubber or polyurethane liners can be offered.
The liners are suited to all high impact, high abrasion environments, where the existing liner is not achieving the required service life. Alternatively, aranzu can provide custom liners to suite existing unlined process equipment.
Examples of the liners provided are mill chute liner retrofits, lined pipe sections for dredging and replacement liners for scraper and cutter faces.
